Mold Inspections & Protocols
More than Just Sample Results!
- Based on Industry Standards and Our Real World Experience
- Tell the Contractor or Building Owner how to remediate the problem
- Always written in plain english, not technical jargon.
- Some times can be done without mold sampling at the beginning.
- Every protocol is custom made to fit the project and is not just a boiler plate document.
A mold Protocol is the end result of the sampling and inspection for mold. RTC has a unique background in the restoration industry, so we do not construct our protocols off of theories or guesses. We performed mold remediation and water restoration for nearly 30 years, we know how to clean it up and solve the problem. We construct a detailed protocol that is in plain English and can tell the home or building owner or the restoration contractor how to remediate the problem. The recommendations in our protocols are based off of industry standards and regulations such as IICRC S500 and S520 or the EPA’s “Mold in Schools and Commercial Buildings”.
Actual Mold Experts.
Many people advertise mold inspections, samples and certificates, but do they really have the experience you need? We do.
We see it all the time, your home inspector, plumber, restoration contractor, etc. took mold samples. They give you the results printed on a lab report. They rely on the lab to interpret the data, and you are no better off than when you started. That is not the way we operate. We have the best training available, we have years of experience, with mold in particular. We have worked on numerous different projects dealing with nearly every type of structure and type of damage. When we take samples, we interpret the data for you. When we provide a report we also provide the Protocol to show you what needs to be done to remove the problem. We also provide information as to the cause and how to prevent the problem from happening again. We can also connect you with remediation professionals to help remediate the problem.
